Trousers - not cotton (eg jeans)
Base layer / t-shirts - preferably wicking (eg bamboo, merino, cycling type)

EATING & DRINKING
Fork, knife, spoon

HYGIENE
Towel - ideally a travel towel type. I havea spare one
Washcloth
