SHOPPING TIME!!! BREAKFAST - Each sort our own. I will be having these for breakfast Derek recommends these if you like porridge. If you want a hot breakfast then just heat these in hot water for 10 minutes. A bit more at £1.80 but cheaper than anything you'd buy in Iceland.
I reckon we will need 3 days worth of food. Here's the sort of thing I'd do myself:
SUNDAY
Breakfast - cup of coffee and some oat biscuits at airport plus nibbles on plane
Lunch - sandwiches I brought day before at Tesco
Dinner - Chili Con Carne & rice
MONDAY
Breakfast - cup of coffee and some oat biscuits
Lunch - Cup of noodles
Dinner - Buy pizza
TUESDAY
Breakfast - cup of coffee and some oat biscuits
Lunch - Buy hot dog or burger
Dinner - Chicken Tikka & rice
WEDNESDAY
Breakfast - Fancy breakfast of sausage & mash
Lunch - Cup of noodles
Dinner - Couscous with pepperami
THURSDAY
Breakfast - coffee & oat biscuits
The above would be supplemented by stuff like nuts, cereal bars, chocolate bars, jelly babies, etc. I might buy some fresh fruit juice and skyr over there but I'd bring everything else with me.
