CLOTHING
Sandals / flip flops for going through water
Boots for hiking in (these will go in bag in boot of car when muddy)
Comfy shoes for in car / tent
Socks and underwear for 4 days
Trousers - not cotton (eg jeans)
Base layer / t-shirts - preferably wicking (eg bamboo, merino, cycling type)
Warm fleece
Warm hat
Waterproof trousers
Waterproof jacket
Extra warm jacket
EATING & DRINKING

Cup for tea / coffee
HYGIENE
Towel - ideally a travel towel type. I have a spare one

Small packs of tissues - very handy
