Boots for hiking in (these will go in bag in boot of car when muddy)

Base layer / t-shirts - preferably wicking (eg bamboo, merino, cycling type)
Warm fleece

EATING & DRINKING
Fork, knife, spoon
Folding plate
Water bottle
HYGIENE
Towel - ideally a travel towel type. I have a spare one
